It probably will beep. Some cashiers don't care and put it through anyway, so be sure you have another item to absorb the overage. Some cashiers will tell you they can't accept it, but they are wrong. Just ask to speak with a manager and remind them that it is Wal-mart's coupon policy to adjust down a coupon to the value of the item. Don't worry, stick to your guns and they won't give you too much guff. I've had both wonderful and terrible experiences couponing and Wal-mart, but ultimately even if they don't "believe" me they eventually give up and just take my coupons. Ultimately you should never feel guilty using coupons the right way to save your family money! Let me know how it goes!
Does the coupon beep? thx!
