Little Looster - A Booster For the Loo (The Best Part About Potty-Training) Review

So you may have read my feelings about potty-training in previous posts....I hate it!! Ok, I don't hate it, but I sometimes fantasize about my son wearing diapers till age 5. So, I'm always looking for new things to keep potty-training fun and happy for my son and me.
Here is the Little Looster in my bathroom.

In my ever-enduring quest to make potty-training easier, I came across the Little Looster step stool. You may have seen posts about this on other blogs, and that is because this stool in one word, is AWESOME! I absolutely love it!

First, it wraps around the entire front half of the toilet, genius. My son stands up to urinate, so he can stand on any side of the toilet and still use the restroom. The Little Looster has grippers that keep it from moving, and it doesn't slide around at all. That makes it so much easier for him, and because our counter is so close to the toilet he is able to get up and down on his own now by holding onto the counter. He wasn't able to do this before because the stool would slide out from under him. It also has a non-skid surface so my son won't accidentally fall off.

Another thing I love about this stool is that I don't have to constantly move it. Before when I wanted to use the restroom, I would have to move the stool. But, the Little Looster is wide enough that my son can stand on it, and yet when I sit down I don't even notice that it is there!

When my son sits down to use the potty, his little feet rest right on the Little Looster. It is the perfect height for him, and he'll be able to use it for years to come. Before this stool he really wasn't comfortable sitting on the "big potty" because his feet just dangled there. He didn't really know what to do with his legs and because felt so awkward he always wanted to use the "little potty".

But, my ultimate favorite thing about the Little Looster is that it completely eliminates the need for a child-sized potty! Since we got our Little Looster my son has not used his "little potty" and that makes for one happy momma. No more dumping waste out of the little potty into the big potty, and no more cleaning out the little potty either. No more floor space taken up by the little potty!

The Little Looster really is everything it promises. I'm telling you I absolutely LOVE it!

You can visit their website to purchase one for $39.95.

I was provided a Little Looster for review purposes, and was not compensated in any other way. These opinions are all my own.
