My local Wells Fargo branch has an event going on today and tomorrow only (6/18-6/19), where you open a savings account for a minor with a deposit of $25, and they deposit $9.99 for you! That is a free $10! We need to open accounts for two of our kiddos, I'm not sure if they'll match the funds twice, but you can bet I'm gonna ask! Call your local branch to see if they are participating, even if they aren't, they might do it for you if you ask!
