Old Navy - Old Navy has their classic flip flops on sale for $1 on May 22nd. It is in store only, and there is a limit of 5 pairs...I'm just drooling over this one!
Target - Merona flip flops have been reported as being on sale at some Target locations for $3. 98. Combined with this $3/1 Pair Merona Footwear, and that makes for 98 cent flip flops!

The flip-flops at Old Navy last year was INSANE. My four year old pushed his way through to the front to get me mine b/c people were NOT moving. It was nuts.
