In this weekend's paper, there is a coupon for a free UpBeat product at Hy-Vee in the Smart Source Insert. Think of it as a Slim Fast that gives you energy, I got the chocolate flavor and I have to say it is pretty yummy (and the free part doesn't hurt)! ;)
